Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ReceiptFreak ("the App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReceiptFreak, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReceiptFreak is a receipt management application that allows you to:

• Upload and store receipt images
• Automatically extract data from receipts using AI
• Organize and search your receipts
• Track spending and export data

3. Account Registration

To use ReceiptFreak, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

ReceiptFreak offers a free tier with limited features, including:

• 10 receipt uploads per month
• 50 total receipts stored

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ReceiptFreak. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI Processing

Receipt images are processed using AI to extract data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data. You should verify important information before relying on it for tax, legal, or financial purposes.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReceiptFreak and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
